Editor

Compose the pages and see the result on screen

The editor works in blocks: heading, text, images and video are stacked one above the other, and you see where they will land on the totem. Whoever updates the content does not need to know how to lay out a page.

  • Block editor type «/» and choose what to insert.
  • Draft and publishing save, review and publish when you decide.
  • Featured image to give the screen a cover.
  • Page templates to keep the screens consistent with one another.

Search

Weighted search: the right answer even from the wrong query

The totem does not look for an exact match. Every result is given a weight according to how well it really answers the question: the list is ordered accordingly, or the way you decide.

  • Relevance, not exact matching whoever is searching is guided to the result.
  • Ordered results by how well they answer the query, or however you prefer.

Digital avatars

An interactive assistant with a voice, trained on your own context

The digital avatar answers from the content you have uploaded: your catalogue, your services, your rules. A company concierge that turns its hand to anything.

  • Trained on your content it only talks about your business.

Surveys

Data is precious: ask for an opinion and say thank you with a voucher on a ticket

The totem does not only answer: it asks. The survey is easy to build in the app, you try it in preview and publish it on the kiosk. Where fitted, whoever answers receives a reward ticket, printed on the spot.

The reward

Where it is fitted, a thermal printer is connected to the totem: as soon as the survey is finished the visitor collects their ticket.

Remote control

See what the totem is showing right now

Connected kiosks send the web app a screenshot of what they are displaying at that moment. If something is wrong, you reload or reboot from wherever you are, without sending anyone on site.
